What is refunded

• Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to request a refund

2. We will reply with a return authorization and the correct return address.
3. Ship the bottles back using a trackable method. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed.
4. Once your return is received, we issue the refund to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Exclusions

This policy covers purchases made directly through this official website. We cannot refund or verify products bought from third-party sellers, marketplaces or unauthorized resellers, since we cannot confirm their authenticity or storage. Refunds are limited to the original purchaser.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@primebiomeofficial.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
